Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers integrating third‑party applications through TechBridge APIs, troubleshooting issues from initial onboarding through production support.
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve API connectivity, authentication, data mapping, and performance problems using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
- Collaborate with product engineering, security, and account teams to prioritize bugs, request enhancements, and communicate status updates to clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed support documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and step‑by‑step integration guides for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct periodic health checks and performance reviews for high‑volume integrations, recommending optimizations and best‑practice configurations.
- Participate in on‑call rotation, providing 24/7 escalation support for critical incidents affecting enterprise customers.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, sharing insights from support cases to influence API design and product roadmap.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in API integration, support, or technical consulting roles, preferably with RESTful, SOAP, or GraphQL services.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, PowerShell) for debugging and automation.
- Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and SAML.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret JSON, XML, and CSV data structures and to map between disparate schemas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version‑control systems (Git).
- Prior experience supporting enterprise SaaS products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of API management tools such as Apigee, Kong, or Mulesoft.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, or similar.

- Annual base salary range: $95,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
