- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned mid‑market customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing adoption of HubSpot solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, configuration sessions, and training workshops tailored to each client’s business objectives.
- Monitor customer health metrics, usage data, and satisfaction scores; proactively identify risks and opportunities for upsell or cross‑sell.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues quickly and to communicate client feedback for product improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans that outline success milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records for the entire customer lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation of best‑practice resources, case studies, and internal training materials.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client‑facing role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of building relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with customer success tools.

Desired Skills
- Experience with inbound marketing, sales automation, or service software.
- Certification in HubSpot Academy courses or other relevant industry credentials.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and location (San Francisco Bay Area market).
