Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end workflow for distributing newly acquired titles to partner platforms, broadcast networks, and OTT services.
- Coordinate with content acquisition, legal, marketing, and product teams to ensure all metadata, assets, and clearance documents are accurate and delivered on schedule.
- Track and report on distribution performance metrics, including viewership, revenue attribution, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain and update the central content inventory system, ensuring data integrity across all distribution channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, handling inquiries, issue resolution, and schedule adjustments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional roll‑outs, including localized marketing assets and social media amplification.
- Support the development of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time for content launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content operations, media distribution, or digital asset management within the entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL or similar tools to generate reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital rights management, licensing agreements and content delivery networks (CDNs).
Desired Skills
- Experience with media asset management systems such as Dalet, Vantage or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of OTT ecosystem, including Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Roku, Apple TV+ and YouTube TV.
- Proficiency in project‑management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
- Passion for entertainment trends and emerging distribution technologies.
