- Research, write, and edit high‑quality blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, e‑books, and web copy that align with HubSpot’s voice and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and subject‑matter experts to translate technical concepts into engaging, audience‑focused content.
- Develop content calendars, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining editorial standards.
- Optimize all published material for search engines, incorporating keyword research, meta data, and internal linking strategies.
- Conduct interviews and gather data to produce thought‑leadership pieces that showcase industry trends and HubSpot’s expertise.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, generate insights, and iterate on strategy to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas for new content formats, and support cross‑functional marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing.
- Proven portfolio of published content demonstrating strong storytelling, research, and SEO skills.
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and AP style guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress) and basic HTML.
