- Collect, clean, and aggregate customer feedback from multiple channels including surveys, product reviews, support tickets, and social media.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports that visualize key metrics such as Net Promoter Score, satisfaction trends, and sentiment analysis.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations and track the impact of implemented changes.
- Conduct root‑cause analyses for recurring issues and propose process enhancements to reduce friction.
- Present insights to senior leadership through clear storytelling, data visualizations, and executive summaries.
- Maintain documentation of methodologies, data sources, and analytical frameworks to ensure reproducibility and compliance with privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting customer experience or feedback analysis in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
- Proficiency with SQL and statistical tools such as Python, R, or SAS for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
