Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer purchase patterns, subscription data, and feedback to identify opportunities for increased loyalty and retention.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, push notifications, in‑app messaging) that promote relevant loyalty offers and incentives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for loyalty program members, resolving issues promptly and delivering a premium service experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Product, and Data Science—to refine program features and improve the overall member journey.
- Track key performance indicators such as renewal rates, repeat purchase frequency, and net promoter score; prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and incentive structures, interpreting results to recommend optimizations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor loyalty initiatives, and emerging technologies that can enhance Amazon’s program.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer loyalty, retention, or customer success roles, preferably in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment.
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Demonstrated success in managing remote work, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across time zones.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

Desired Skills
- Experience with loyalty program platforms or subscription management systems.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for deeper data manipulation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Braze.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $68,000 – $92,000 per year (based on experience and location).
