- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and expansion phases.
- Develop and execute customized success plans that align product usage with the customer’s business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular business reviews, present data‑driven insights, and recommend strategies to increase product value and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and coordinated account growth initiatives.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, work with the Sales team to expand the relationship, and contribute to the attainment of quarterly revenue targets.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice internally, influencing product roadmap and feature prioritization based on real‑world usage and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, health scores, and renewal forecasts in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and community forums to deepen relationships and position HubSpot as a trusted partner.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS consulting, with a proven track record of driving renewal and expansion.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for on‑site customer meetings and events.

Desired Skills

- Experience in inbound marketing, sales automation, or CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot’s product suite and ecosystem.
- Certification in Customer Success (e.g., SuccessHACKER, Gainsight).
- Multilingual abilities to support global accounts.
- Strong project management skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary range: $115,000 – $155,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
