Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior media planners in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta’s family of apps, including Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
- Conduct audience research using Meta’s analytics tools to define target segments, set up precise ad targeting, and recommend budget allocations.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, generating daily and weekly performance reports for internal stakeholders and client partners.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and placement to identify the most effective combinations and inform iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad assets meet platform specifications and brand guidelines.
- Support the invoicing and reconciliation process by tracking spend against allocated budgets and flagging any discrepancies.
- Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and industry trends to proactively recommend new opportunities for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to Meta’s ad products.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for ad troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Power Editor.
- Knowledge of third‑party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts including funnel optimization, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Creative problem‑solving attitude and willingness to experiment with emerging ad formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, AR experiences).
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
