Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate digital data from web, mobile, and social platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and internal data pipelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards that track key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) for advertising and product initiatives.
- Assist senior analysts in building statistical models and segmentation analyses to uncover user behavior trends and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct ad‑hoc queries and ad‑hoc reporting for cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support A/B testing and experiment tracking, documenting test design, results, and actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, metric definitions, and reporting processes to promote consistency across teams.
- Collaborate with data engineering to troubleshoot data ingestion issues and improve data quality pipelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or a data‑focused role.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non‑technical audiences.

Desired Skills
- Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium).
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic).

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $70,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience and market benchmarks for the San Jose Bay Area.
