- Develop, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns (search, display, social, video, and programmatic) that align with product and business objectives.
- Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis to inform targeting and creative strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards, delivering regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, design, analytics, and sales—to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless user experiences.
- Oversee A/B and multivariate testing, leveraging data to refine ad copy, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve tactics and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal brand guidelines across all digital assets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns for consumer‑facing or B2B technology products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets such as CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in copy and creative assets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy integration.
- Familiarity with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
- Understanding of emerging AI‑driven marketing tools and data‑science concepts.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year (based on experience, location, and qualifications).
