Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings for new and existing items, ensuring accuracy of titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and backend attributes.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify keyword opportunities and improve product discoverability.
- Collaborate with vendors, brand partners, and internal merchandising teams to gather product information and resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of catalog data to maintain compliance with Amazon’s style guidelines and legal requirements.
- Utilize internal tools such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and data‑management platforms to upload bulk feeds and monitor listing performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rate, click‑through rate, and inventory health, and recommend enhancements.
- Support seasonal promotions, lightning deals, and advertising campaigns by updating listings in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing product listings on large e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data integrity across high‑volume inventories.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft compelling product copy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with bulk upload tools and data feeds is essential.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
