Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities For E-commerce Specialist
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on Amazon.com and third‑party marketplaces.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and inventory gaps.
- Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content) for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
- Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure timely product launches and stock availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, sales, conversion, and average order value; generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Implement and test A/B experiments on landing pages, checkout flow, and promotional banners.
- Oversee paid media spend (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and collaborate with the paid media team to meet ROI targets.
- Resolve customer issues related to listings, fulfillment, or returns in partnership with the customer service department.
- Stay current with platform policy changes, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce operations, preferably on Amazon Marketplace or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data‑driven decision making.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Amazon Seller Central/ Vendor Central.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Desired Skills
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart.com, or eBay.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Ahrefs) and A/B testing platforms.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta).
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile) or experience using project tracking tools (Asana, Jira).
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.

- Salary range: $80,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience and location (San Francisco Bay Area).
