Key Responsiblities For Email Marketing Coordinator
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and demand‑generation initiatives.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign workflow, including audience segmentation, copywriting, design coordination, A/B testing, scheduling, and deployment using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub.
- Monitor key performance metrics (open rate, click‑through rate, conversion rate, ROI) and produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and message relevance across all email touchpoints.
- Maintain and cleanse the subscriber database, enforce GDPR and CAN‑SPAM compliance, and implement best practices for deliverability and list health.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on industry trends to recommend innovative tactics and emerging technologies.
- Support the creation of automated nurture streams and lifecycle programs that move prospects through the funnel.
- Assist in budgeting, vendor management, and evaluation of third‑party email service providers or tools as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing B2B or B2C email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written communication and copy‑editing abilities.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is preferred.

- Experience with CRM integration and lead scoring models.
- Knowledge of SQL or data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
