- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing timely guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations of workplace concerns, including harassment, discrimination, performance issues, and policy violations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Amazon standards.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, legal counsel, and managers to develop corrective action plans and follow‑up on case resolutions.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in HRIS systems, track metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Facilitate conflict‑resolution sessions and mediate disputes, promoting constructive dialogue and sustainable outcomes.
- Assist in the design and delivery of employee relations training modules, webinars, and communication campaigns.
- Monitor trends in employee feedback and exit interview data to recommend proactive policy enhancements.
- Support remote and hybrid teams by adapting processes to virtual environments while preserving confidentiality and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or a comparable role, preferably within a large, fast‑paced organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, etc.) and experience applying them to real‑world scenarios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain impartiality.

Desired Skills
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Familiarity with remote‑work dynamics and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Conflict‑resolution or mediation training.
- Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
