Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
- Maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and data repositories in Power BI, Excel, and Azure Data services.
- Consolidate and validate financial data from multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analyses, and executive presentations.
- Respond to ad‑hoc information requests from senior leadership, auditors, and cross‑functional partners.
- Coordinate schedule and logistics for FP&A meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow‑up action tracking.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to non‑financial audiences.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data‑query languages.
- Experience with cloud‑based financial planning solutions (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FMVA are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global, cross‑functional teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $78,000 – $102,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
