- Conceptualize and produce high‑quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including website banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and event collateral.
- Partner with product managers, copywriters, UX designers, and engineers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Translate complex data and concepts into clear, compelling infographics and visual storytelling elements.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, providing guidance to internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints while delivering polished final work.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, introducing innovative techniques that enhance visual impact.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring accurate specifications for print vendors and digital platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience creating graphics for consumer‑facing brands, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with Figma or Sketch for collaborative design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual solutions, from branding to UI elements, with clear evidence of problem‑solving and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and production processes.

Desired Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front‑end concepts to facilitate design hand‑off.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, D3.js).
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
- Passion for user‑centered design and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
