Key Responsibilities
- Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and measuring influencer campaigns for Shopify’s B2B and B2C product lines.
- Research and identify emerging creators and niche communities that align with target audience demographics.
- Draft outreach emails, contracts, and briefing documents, ensuring clear communication of campaign goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain the influencer database, track performance metrics, and prepare weekly status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate product shipments, sample kits, and virtual event logistics for influencers across time zones.
- Assist in the creation of social assets, copy, and hashtag strategies in collaboration with the creative team.
- Monitor social platforms for brand mentions, user‑generated content, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for new influencer formats, such as livestreams, TikTok challenges, and co‑created content series.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or agency support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise, brand‑consistent messaging.
- Proficiency with influencer platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating across dispersed teams.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with e‑commerce ecosystems and SaaS product positioning.
- Experience creating or editing short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
