- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, product managers, and engineers to analyze learning needs and define clear instructional objectives.
- Design, develop, and prototype engaging e‑learning modules, instructor‑led workshops, and blended learning programs using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create content that is pedagogically sound and aligned with Microsoft’s brand standards.
- Conduct usability testing, gather learner feedback, and iterate on materials to improve effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
- Manage the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, including storyboarding, scripting, media production, quality assurance, and publishing to the corporate learning platform.
- Ensure all learning assets are accessible and comply with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Track and report on learning metrics, ROI, and performance improvements to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human‑Centered Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience designing and delivering high‑impact learning solutions in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner‑friendly content.

Desired Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Knowledge of video production and editing software (Premiere Pro, Camtasia).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure learning outcomes.
- Certification in Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) or related credentials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $85,000 to $120,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
