- Collect, clean, and validate data from internal systems and external sources to support operational reporting.
- Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on process inefficiencies and propose data‑driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering teams to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks.
- Support ad‑hoc analytical projects, including market research, cost‑benefit analyses, and forecasting models.
- Document standard operating procedures and maintain a knowledge base for recurring analytical tasks.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, presenting findings clearly and translating technical results into business language.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or a data‑focused role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience using Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with SQL or a scripting language (Python, R) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse).
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Prior exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in data analytics or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
