Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Paid Media team in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and set up ad groups and extensions in accordance with best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to senior specialists.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve click‑through rates and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with the analytics and SEO teams to align paid search efforts with broader acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure compliance with Google’s advertising policies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools that can enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, either through internships, freelance work, or entry‑level positions.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise ad copy.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with other paid‑media platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing‑page troubleshooting.
- Experience with bid‑management tools such as Kenshoo, Marin, or Google’s Smart Bidding.
- Certification in Google Ads (Google Ads Search, Display, or Video).
- Passion for digital marketing trends and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.

- Salary range: $55,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and location (San Jose, CA market).
