This remote Junior RPA Developer position supports Accenture’s growing portfolio of automation projects for clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior automation engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and create detailed workflow documentation.
- Build and maintain reusable components, libraries and scripts to accelerate solution delivery.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of bots to ensure reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Support post‑deployment monitoring, incident resolution, and bot performance optimization.
- Contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation in the team’s repository.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of hands‑on experience developing RPA solutions, preferably with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, C#, JavaScript or VB.NET.
- Understanding of software development life‑cycle (SDLC) and version‑control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs and web‑automation techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or equivalent certification.
- Interest in emerging automation technologies like AI‑enhanced bots, document processing and process mining.
