- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external carriers to schedule, track, and resolve shipments across North America.
- Manage end‑to‑end order flow in Amazon’s transportation management system, ensuring accuracy of pick‑up, transit, and delivery dates.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment, and exception rates; generate daily and weekly reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with inventory, procurement, and customer service teams to address back‑orders, inventory discrepancies, and urgent fulfillment requests.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of logistics exceptions and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant customs, import/export, and hazardous‑material regulations for international shipments.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by proposing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice documentation.
- Provide timely communication to stakeholders regarding shipment status, delays, and resolution steps, utilizing Slack, email, and Amazon Chime.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation planning, or freight management, preferably in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL basics, and experience using transportation management software (e.g., Amazon TMS, SAP TM, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and reliable high‑speed internet connection for remote work.

Desired Skills

- Experience with Amazon’s internal tools such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of customs documentation, Incoterms, and international freight forwarding.
- Certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCMP SCPro, or similar.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to speak a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual base salary range: $62,000 – $84,000, commensurate with experience and location.
