Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to evaluate consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across Amazon’s product lines.
- Design, distribute, and analyze surveys, focus groups, and interview protocols, ensuring methodological rigor and statistical validity.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to cross‑functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or consumer insights, preferably within a technology or retail environment.
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and survey platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large data sets into concise recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
