Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize mobile‑first acquisition campaigns across iOS and Android ecosystems, including paid app install, in‑app messaging, and retargeting.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to develop creative assets and landing experiences that drive user engagement and conversion.
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting for mobile channels (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
- Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, and funnel diagnostics to continuously improve ROI and LTV of mobile users.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and present results to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Stay current on mobile ecosystem changes, privacy regulations, and emerging ad technologies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing mobile user acquisition and growth campaigns for consumer‑facing apps.
- Proven track record of scaling spend (>$500K annual) while maintaining cost‑per‑install (CPI) and cost‑per‑action (CPA) targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work remotely from the United States.
Desired Skills
- Experience with programmatic mobile advertising and DSPs.
- Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools such as Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Knowledge of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, Apple ATT).
- Certification in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or Meta Blueprint.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and user experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $95,000 to $130,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience and market benchmarks.
