Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities For Motion Graphics Designer
- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for promotional trailers, UI micro‑interactions, social media assets, and in‑app experiences that align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, product designers, and engineers to translate ideas into compelling visual sequences that enhance user engagement.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate visual concepts and obtain stakeholder approval.
- Produce high‑quality 2D and 3D animations using industry‑standard software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Illustrator, ensuring seamless integration with video and live‑action footage.
- Optimize motion graphics for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, OTT devices, and broadcast, while adhering to technical specifications and performance constraints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized asset libraries for efficient workflow.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, animation techniques, and technology advancements to continually elevate the visual language of the brand.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience creating motion graphics for digital media, advertising, or entertainment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Solid understanding of composition, timing, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of motion‑design projects, including brand campaigns, UI animations, and video assets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Desired Skills
- Experience with scripting or expressions in After Effects to streamline workflows.
- Knowledge of video editing and post‑production processes.
- Familiarity with AR/VR or interactive media design.
