- Develop and execute virtual outreach strategies to recruit and engage individual donors, corporate partners, and community volunteers.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective partners aligned with FBW’s mission, maintaining an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system.
- Craft compelling outreach communications, including email sequences, social media posts, and virtual event invitations, tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Coordinate and host virtual information sessions, webinars, and networking events that showcase program impact and encourage stakeholder participation.
- Collaborate with program managers to translate on‑the‑ground stories into outreach content that resonates with target audiences.
- Track outreach metrics, generate regular performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data insights.
- Serve as the primary liaison for virtual volunteers, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize their contributions.
- Ensure compliance with donor privacy regulations and internal policies while managing outreach databases.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in nonprofit outreach, donor relations, or partnership development, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising or partnership acquisition goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills

- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Knowledge of grant research and corporate social responsibility (CSR) trends.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable outreach strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual base salary range: $55,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
