- Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking academic guidance, delivering personalized support via chat, video, and email channels.
- Assess students’ academic goals, course loads, and learning styles to recommend appropriate resources, study plans, and enrollment pathways.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, tutoring teams, and product managers to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information is provided.
- Track and analyze student interaction data to identify trends, improve service quality, and contribute to the development of new advisory tools.
- Maintain compliance with privacy regulations (FERPA, GDPR) and internal data‑security policies while handling sensitive student information.

Required Qualifications
