Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for individual courses and learning pathways, including email, paid media, social, SEO, and affiliate programs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, product managers, and external partners to create compelling course positioning, messaging, and creative assets.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CAC, LTV) to optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and produce regular reporting for senior leadership.
- Manage the course launch calendar, ensuring timely coordination of promotional activities across all channels.
- Identify and nurture relationships with strategic affiliates, influencers, and corporate partners to expand reach and drive co‑marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update the course landing pages and funnel flows in the CMS, applying best practices for UX and SEO.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to continuously improve tactics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns for online education, SaaS, or e‑learning products.
- Proven track record of driving measurable enrollment growth and meeting ROI targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data‑visualization platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive copy for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets of $200,000+ and working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Ability to interpret learner personas and translate insights into targeted messaging.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
- Passion for lifelong learning and a strong understanding of the online education landscape.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
