- Deliver live, one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring sessions in mathematics, English language arts, and science subjects for students ranging from middle school to early college levels.
- Assess each learner’s strengths, challenges, and goals, then design customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and the student’s personal learning style.
- Utilize Chegg’s proprietary virtual classroom tools, interactive whiteboard, and digital resources to create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on assignments, practice problems, and assessments, and track progress through the company’s learning management system.
- Maintain a professional and supportive online presence, adhering to Chegg’s code of conduct, privacy policies, and academic integrity standards.
- Participate in regular training webinars, peer‑review sessions, and performance evaluations to continuously improve instructional techniques.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, English, Science, Education, or a closely related field; advanced degree preferred for specialized subjects.
