The Marketing team in the Cambridge, MA headquarters is expanding and seeks a skilled Paid Ads Manager to own and scale Google and Facebook campaigns for high‑impact product launches and demand‑generation programs.

- Design, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads) campaigns that align with revenue targets and brand guidelines.
- Conduct audience research, keyword discovery, and competitive analysis to build robust targeting strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and look‑alike segments.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: budgeting, bid management, creative testing, landing‑page coordination, and post‑click experience.
- Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score) daily, generate actionable insights, and produce weekly and monthly reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, accurate tracking, and seamless hand‑off of qualified leads.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and integration with HubSpot’s CRM and attribution models.
- Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and industry best practices; recommend innovative tactics such as video ads, shoppable posts, and automation scripts.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate media buys when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPA across multi‑million‑dollar annual budgets.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to executive stakeholders.

Desired Skills
- Certifications: Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
- Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) and emerging channels such as TikTok or LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced data manipulation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and CRO principles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on ad copy and visual concepts.
