- Assist corporate, litigation, and regulatory attorneys in preparing and managing case files, contracts, and discovery documents.
- Draft, review, and edit legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and internal databases, summarizing findings for attorney review.
- Manage e‑discovery processes, including data collection, preservation, and production in compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Maintain and update docketing systems, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and third‑party vendors to facilitate seamless case progression.
- Prepare and file court documents, regulatory submissions, and corporate filings in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of best‑practice workflows and process improvements within the legal department.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification (e.g., NALA, NFPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate, litigation, or regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume matters simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and legal management software (e.g., CLIO, Relativity, or similar).
- Demonstrated understanding of U.S. federal and state court procedures, contract law, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining high productivity and collaboration with distributed teams.

Desired Skills

- Experience with technology‑focused legal issues such as data privacy, intellectual property, and antitrust matters.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Knowledge of e‑discovery platforms such as Relativity or Logikcull.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish or Mandarin, to support global initiatives.
- Prior exposure to agile legal operations or process‑automation initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual base salary range: $78,000 – $108,000, commensurate with experience and location.
