- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hardware, software, and professional services in alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition review, supplier selection, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and receipt verification.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier diversification.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft’s procurement systems, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and timely reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders—finance, legal, engineering, and operations—to understand requirements and translate them into effective sourcing solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support sustainability and corporate social responsibility goals by evaluating supplier ESG credentials and promoting responsible sourcing practices.
- Provide guidance and training to junior procurement staff and cross‑functional teams on best practices and policy compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and achieving measurable cost reductions.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, e‑procurement platforms, and contract management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of organization and accountability.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Desired Skills
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Procurement or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based services procurement (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and supplier ESG assessment.
- Fluency in a second language to support global supplier interactions.
