Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities For "Project Coordinator"
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones for software development and infrastructure initiatives.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including charters, risk registers, status reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑team communication by organizing regular stand‑ups, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews, and by distributing concise action‑item summaries.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, flagging variances and supporting the preparation of financial forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into project health.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to appropriate leadership while proposing corrective actions.
- Support procurement and vendor management activities, including contract reviews, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements within the PMO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating projects in a fast‑paced technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Desired Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
