- Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, alerting managers to any deviations and assisting in corrective actions.
- Facilitate virtual meetings, capture accurate minutes, and ensure follow‑up items are assigned and completed on time.
- Manage project file repositories, ensuring version control and easy access for distributed team members.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and external audiences.
- Support resource allocation by maintaining up‑to‑date capacity plans and onboarding new team members as needed.

Required Qualifications
