Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver evidence‑based health education curricula for online platforms, webinars, and mobile applications targeting audiences such as patients, caregivers, and community groups.
- Conduct needs assessments and data analysis to identify knowledge gaps and tailor content to cultural, linguistic, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to create engaging multimedia learning experiences.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics such as user engagement, knowledge retention, and health‑outcome indicators; produce regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject‑matter resource for internal teams, providing guidance on public‑health best practices, regulatory compliance, and health‑communication standards.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including health departments, NGOs, and academic institutions, to co‑create and disseminate educational resources.
- Stay current with emerging public‑health trends, digital learning technologies, and policy changes that impact online health education.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, Epidemiology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience developing and delivering public‑health education content in an online or virtual environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health‑behavior theory, adult learning principles, and culturally competent communication.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform curriculum design and assess impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex health information into clear, actionable messaging.
- Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.

Desired Skills
- Experience with Google Cloud services, Google Workspace, or other Google platforms for content delivery.
- Certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or similar credential.
- Background in digital health, telemedicine, or health‑tech product development.
- Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish, Mandarin, or Tagalog.
