Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities For Recruiter (Remote Talent Acquisition)
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies for technical and non‑technical roles.
- Execute full‑cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional networks, and niche job boards to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews, assess cultural fit, and provide hiring recommendations aligned with Google’s values and diversity goals.
- Manage candidate experience end‑to‑end, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of Google throughout the hiring journey.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, produce regular reports, and implement data‑driven improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support special hiring projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth technology environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, assessing, and hiring for a variety of roles, including software engineering, product management, and sales.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive timelines.
Desired Skills
- Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interview platforms.
- Certifications such as AIRS Certified Recruiter or SHRM‑CP.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting strategies.
- Ability to interpret and leverage recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $95,000 to $130,000 per year (base)
