Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end storytelling strategies for product launches, campaigns, and thought‑leadership content across web, social, video, and internal channels.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, marketers, and senior leadership to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with target personas.
- Conduct audience research, market analysis, and competitive audits to uncover insights that shape authentic brand stories.
- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of assets including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, scripts, newsletters, and presentation decks.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style guide, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints and global markets.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and iterate storytelling approaches based on data‑driven insights.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the content creation process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in brand storytelling, content strategy, or copywriting, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
