Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with product, marketing, and revenue goals across blog, website, email, social, and paid channels.
- Conduct audience research, SEO analysis, and competitive audits to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, writers, and analytics teams to create editorial calendars, content briefs, and performance dashboards.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, providing regular insights to senior leadership.
- Lead the ideation, planning, and optimization of multi‑format content assets, including long‑form guides, videos, webinars, and interactive tools.
- Ensure brand voice, style guidelines, and compliance standards are consistently applied across all content.
- Mentor junior content creators and contribute to the evolution of HubSpot’s content governance processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable traffic and lead growth through strategic content initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while collaborating effectively across time zones.

Desired Skills
- Experience with HubSpot’s own marketing platform or similar marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of UX writing, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with video production, podcasting, or interactive content formats.
- Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum) or proven agile workflow experience.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
