Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CRM‑driven marketing campaigns across email, automation, and lifecycle programs for a diverse portfolio of B2B customers.
- Manage segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows within HubSpot’s CRM to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, ensure data integrity, and support go‑to‑market strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing, personalization, and multivariate experiments to continuously improve engagement metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in lead generation, nurturing, and revenue attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on storytelling through data.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines and collaborating across time zones.
