- Coordinate the end‑to‑end publishing workflow for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content, ensuring each piece meets editorial standards and launch timelines.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and product marketers to gather assets, verify facts, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Manage content calendars in HubSpot CMS, updating schedules, assigning tasks, and flagging potential bottlenecks.
- Perform quality checks on copy, metadata, SEO tags, and internal linking structures before publication.
- Upload and format multimedia elements (images, infographics, audio, video) for optimal performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Track content performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Assist with A/B testing of headlines, calls‑to‑action, and layout variations to support data‑driven publishing decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong command of English grammar, AP style, and SEO best practices.
