- Conduct literature reviews, data mining, and competitive analysis to support ongoing research initiatives across product and AI teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain data collection pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Perform statistical analysis, generate visualizations, and summarize findings in clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
- Assist senior researchers in preparing research proposals, experiment designs, and documentation of methodologies.
- Manage research databases, annotate datasets, and support labeling efforts for machine‑learning projects.
- Track project timelines, coordinate with cross‑functional partners, and provide regular status updates to project leads.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal presentations, white papers, and external publications as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in research support, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or academic setting.
- Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Desired Skills

- Experience with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large‑scale data processing (SQL, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with survey design platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and qualitative research methods.
- Knowledge of research ethics, data privacy regulations, and best practices for reproducible research.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual base salary range: $85,000 – $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
