Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities For Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers, and personalize outreach to align with HubSpot’s value proposition.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Qualify inbound inquiries, assess fit, and schedule discovery calls for account executives.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to continuously improve messaging and outreach tactics.
- Provide feedback on market trends, buyer objections, and competitive landscape to inform go‑to‑market strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and coaching to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales development, inside sales, or lead‑generation role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass activity and pipeline targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Salesforce) and common sales enablement tools.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Desired Skills
- Experience selling into mid‑market or enterprise technology accounts.
- Familiarity with inbound marketing concepts and HubSpot’s product suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $130,000 per year, based on attainment of quarterly quotas.
