- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and strategic networking.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales calls that align HubSpot’s solutions with the prospect’s business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a smooth handoff to post‑sale implementation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast data within HubSpot’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to tailor proposals and address technical questions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while adhering to company sales processes and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success meeting or surpassing sales quotas in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior‑level decision makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot CRM experience is a plus) and virtual meeting platforms.
- High level of self‑motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
