- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of inventory to fulfillment centers.
- Maintain accurate records in internal supply chain management systems, updating order status, tracking numbers, and exception reports.
- Communicate proactively with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues.
- Assist in demand forecasting by compiling sales data, inventory levels, and market trends for senior analysts.
- Prepare routine performance dashboards and KPI summaries for weekly leadership reviews.
- Support the execution of continuous‑improvement initiatives, documenting process changes and outcomes.
- Perform ad‑hoc data analysis using Excel or similar tools to identify cost‑saving opportunities and operational bottlene‑cks.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all supply chain activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations support role, preferably in a fast‑paced, e‑commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with global partners.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and reliable high‑speed internet connection for remote work.

Compensation & Benefits
Amazon offers a competitive annual salary range of $62,000 to $78,000 for the Remote Supply Chain Assistant position, based on experience and location.
