- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop detailed job descriptions, and establish clear hiring timelines.
- Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and niche talent communities.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews, assess cultural fit, and provide candid feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generating regular metrics and reports on pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, and quality‑of‑hire.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, improve processes, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive talent markets, and emerging sourcing tools to continuously enhance recruiting effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for both technical and non‑technical roles at the mid‑level and senior levels.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining high productivity.

Desired Skills

- Experience recruiting for remote‑first or fully distributed teams.
- Certifications such as AIRS Certified Recruiter or LinkedIn Certified Professional‑Recruiter.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting strategies.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary range: $95,000 – $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and market benchmarks.
