Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and execute live and on‑demand webinars from concept through post‑event analysis, ensuring a seamless experience for presenters and attendees.
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to define webinar objectives, target audiences, and success metrics.
- Manage all technical aspects of webinars, including platform configuration, streaming quality, audio/video troubleshooting, and integration with registration and CRM tools.
- Coordinate rehearsals, speaker briefings, and cue sheets; provide real‑time support during live sessions to handle Q&A, polls, and audience interaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed production run‑books, checklists, and documentation to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze post‑event data, generate performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements for future webinars.
- Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Zoom product updates to continuously enhance the webinar experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience producing virtual events, webinars, or live‑streamed content, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, ON24, Webex) and familiarity with video encoding, streaming protocols, and audio‑visual equipment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent productions and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of collaboration and accountability.

Desired Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau) for measuring webinar ROI.
- Graphic design or video editing proficiency (Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or similar).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive event design.
- Prior experience in a fast‑growing tech company or startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $85,000 – $115,000, commensurate with experience and location.
