Key Responsibilities For SEO Specialist
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with HubSpot’s growth objectives and product launches.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to identify high‑impact opportunities.
- Optimize on‑page elements including meta tags, headings, URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking across multiple web properties.
- Collaborate with content creators, product managers, and engineers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all stages of the content lifecycle.
- Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawl errors, improve site speed, and implement structured data enhancements.
- Monitor performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush; generate regular reports for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO for large‑scale websites, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings, supported by measurable results.
