Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and campaign performance.

- Help compile weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns, holidays, and product launches.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, their analytics dashboards, and best‑practice posting schedules.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising concepts and paid campaign structures.
