Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute weekly content calendars for Meta’s owned social channels, ensuring alignment with product launches, corporate initiatives, and audience interests.
- Conduct audience research and social listening to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and emerging opportunities.
- Assist senior strategists in crafting campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Create, schedule, and monitor posts across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and emerging platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- Analyze post‑performance data using Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and internal dashboards; prepare concise reports that highlight insights and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive cross‑channel execution.
- Support community management efforts by responding to comments, messages, and user inquiries in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry innovations to inform strategy adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging social content and a portfolio of published posts or campaigns.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
