Key Responsibilities - Key Responsiblities For UI/UX Designer
- Lead end‑to‑end design processes for new features and product enhancements, from discovery and user research through high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs that align with Meta’s design system and brand guidelines.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to iterate rapidly and ensure feasibility and technical alignment.
- Advocate for accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, ensuring products meet or exceed global compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the evolution of Meta’s design language, design tokens, and component libraries, fostering consistency across platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience designing consumer‑facing digital products, preferably in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UI/UX design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms like InVision or Axure.
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design patterns.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
